Long days shopping for Christmas presents can be exhausting and time consuming. Flint Hill offers two fine dining establishments that may be the answer to growling stomachs at this busy time of year.

John and Denise Pearson took over the Flint Hill Public House nearly five years ago. On the week after Thanksgiving, they are busy trying to decorate for Christmas. Highly visible from the street, a huge wreath adorned with lights has just been hung on the portico in front of the building.
Mr. and Mrs. Pearson both work as chefs in the kitchen. From the back of the house, they manage the restaurant with the help of a competent staff. Mr. Pearson says, “We have two waiters that have worked here longer than we have.”
