Rappahannock resident Hans Gerhardt spoke of his concerns about the Korean Central Presbyterian Church (KCPC) development that will go before the Culpeper Board of Supervisors on Dec. 7, 1999. He noted that the proposed development is located just across the southern Rappahannock County boundary on the Hughes River in Culpeper, and that he was “coming to you for help." He asked if the Board members, as individuals, might express their concerns about the potential impact of the development to their counterparts in Culpeper.
