who is interested, the following: Since I qualified as a candidate for the School Board on June 3 last, I purposely have not . attended any meeting of the School Board or the Board of Supervisors.
I made that decision because I wanted to absolutely be sure ■ that any comment I might make at any of these meetings could not be interpreted as political rhetoric instead of helpful input. I have been true to this personal pledge thus far, and shall continue to do so until Jan. 1, 2000. Therefore, until I take a seat on the School Board I will not have any public (or otherwise) comment about School Board affairs. **
