Caucus is open to all Democrats who are registered to vote in Rappahannock County. It is not necessary to be a member of the local Democratic Committee nor is it necessary to be a political “junky.”
It is simply necessary to be someone interested in who becomes the Democratic nominee for President; someone who is a Democrat; and someone who will sign a pledge to that effect.
