Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Frazier of Castleton joined Mrs. Ruth Clark and their cousin, Mrs. Barbara Slack of Baltimore, Md. for lunch in Culpeper.
On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Ken Witts of Baltimore, Md. were luncheon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Clark and Mrs. Barbara Slack, who had spent a week with the Clarks. Mrs. Slack returned home with the Witts. Mrs. Ann Simmons joined the family for lunch.
On Sunday evening Mrs. Sarah Brown entertained with birthday cake and ice cream for her daughter, Bobbie Jo’s 15th birthday.
Guests were Bonnie Brown of Germantown, Md., Mr. and Mrs. Tim Falls and children, Samantha and Robert and Mrs. Ann Brown and grandson, Sammy Brown of Woodville, Kenny Miller of Stafford, Amanda Brown, Ginger Estes, Jessica Estes, Rusty Smoot and Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Clark.
Thursday, May 3 is the 50th Annual National Day of Prayer. If we hope for the Lord to be pleased with this nation we must pray for his blessing and mercy for all people to become one nation under God.
