NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF WASHINGTON PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing at its next regular meeting on May 9,2001 beginning at 7:30 p.m. on the advisability of adoption of a water agreement which would provide among other things for acquisition of easements to allow the Town to construct a new 200,000 gallon reservoir and associated facilities. The Town would transfer and dispose of a 2.0575 acre parcel of real estate on the northwest side of Route 626 in partial consideration for the easements to be acquired by the Town. All interested persons should examine a copy of the entire proposal agreement at the Town office during normal business hours.
All persons are invited to attend and present their views.
