• The RCES PTO is sponsoring a Buttercup Ball to honor all Rappahannock County Public Schools teachers and staff on Saturday, May 12 at the Old School in Washington. All parents are invited to attend and be a part of this festive occasion. The cost for parents is just $10 per couple, and the only request is that there be no conferences held during the evening. If you have questions or wish to assist those parents that are planning this event, please call Committee Chairman Kaye Kohler at 675-3128 or 9376146, or PTO President Jimmy Swindler at 987-8597.
• The PTO is also sponsoring two additional activities and would appreciate the assistance of any interested parents or friends in the community. The first is a Mother’s Day Gift Basket Silent Auction. Beautiful baskets have been assembled
