On Saturday, April 28 several track team members earned medals in the Wrangler Invitational, held at Page County High School's track. This event hosted 13 high school track teams from around the state. When it was over, three Panther runners had placed and earned a medal.
One runner, Rvisha Cook won two events and posted a 100m dash time that qualified her for a berth in the single “A” state track championships, to be held at the UVA track in Charlottesville on Saturday, June 2.
Other members that competed in the invitational were juniors: Zach Ashby and Brian Lee; sophomore Katie Welch: and freshmen: Chris Ehrhart, Jessica Estes, and Hope Jacobs.

Both Manassas Park soccer teams came to Rappahannock on Friday, April 27 to take part in soccer games that resembled shooting clinics.
