Blue Ridge
Windows
Blue Ridge Windows, the large Main Street display area of Imaging Acceptance Corporation's headquarters in Warrenton presents “Color and Pattern for Everyday Life,” the work of artist Enid Adams. The exhibit runs now through Jan. 25.
Ms. Adams will display a variety of her work, ranging from the tools used in the marbling process to wearable art, such as kimonos. Her work is a celebration of color and pattern. To create designs on silk, she prints, paints, marbles and sprays with permanent dyes and pigments.
Enid Adams Surface Design Studio is located at RR Arts, the old train station in The Plains. She has taught and exhibited imagery on fabric and paper for over 20 years. She also designs gardens, collaborating with her husband, architect Bruce LeLacheur.

Children and the young at heart, ages one to one-hundred are invited to attend a birthday party for Baby Jesus at the Jeffersonton Community Center on Saturday, Dec. 15 from noon to 2 p.m.
All are invited to come and enjoy free food, fun and crafts. The highlight of the day will be a puppet show by the "Heavenly Handfuls" puppet team, from Raccoon Ford Christian Fellowship beginning at 1:15 p.m. The event is sponsored by the South Wales Womens Bible Study.
