Rappahannock County Democrats gathered at the Washington Town Hall on Saturday, Dec. 1 to elect a new Rappahannock County Democratic Committee (RCDC) and Executive Officers to serve for the next two years.
The morning was beautiful and all attendees enjoyed a fabulous breakfast while meeting and greeting new and familiar faces.
