Services Board to meet

The next meeting of the Rappahannock-Rapidan Disabilrty Services Board will be held on Thursday. Dec. 20 at 10 a m. at the Madison County Social Services Building. 101 South Mam Street, Madison.

The Rappahannock-Rapidan Disability Services Board serves physically and sensory disabled citizens from Rappahannock. Madison and Orange Counties The public is invited to attend. For more information call Cindy Rickett, Staff Support at 829-7450

Clinic will be open Dec. 19

The Rappahannock Free Clinic, a local operation of the Fauquier Free Clinic Inc., is currently open on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. The clinic will be open Wednesday. Dec. 19 and not again until Jan. 2.

Patient registration is from 5 30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Public Health Department Building. For additional information call 347-0394.

19th Centufy service planned

A 19th Century style Christmas service will be held at Forest Grove Baptist Church on Sunday. Dec 23 at 6 p.m. by candlelight and oil lamps. There will be scripture reading and Christmas carols followed by a covered dish dinner. All are welcome.

County artists wanted

The Piedmont Artists' League invites all Rappahannock artists to participate in a nonjuried show and sale now through Saturday. Dec. 15 at Art-N-More in Warrenton. Artists may submit a maximum of five works at $5 per entry for members or $8 per entry for nonmembers. Cantata and candlelight service set

A choral cantata will be presented at Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church on Sunday. Dec. 23 at 11 a m.

The annual Christmas Eve candlelight service will be held on Dec. 24 at 7 p.m. The entire community is invited to attend.
