Don Audette of Sperryville offered his support for the newly proposed ordinance provisions in the RN of Nov. 21. In particular I like his ideas about how excessive lighting diminishing the value and enjoyment of others’ property, including the pleasure to “enjoy the night sky and see the stars”.
