• The December RCES PTO meeting will be held on Friday, Dec. 14 at 7 p.m. in the RCES Auditorium. Everyone is invited to attend and be entertained by the 4th/5th Grade and the 6th/7th Grade Choruses. This program of holiday music is sure to be a treat for us all.
• Professional Basketball player Adrian Branch, who along with Magic Johnson, won the NBA Championship with the Los Angeles Lakers in 1987, will visit RCHS on Wednesday, Dec. 19 at 9 a.m. This notable athlete has an incredible list of athletic accomplishments to his credit, and he will share his experiences and advice with our students. The public is invited to attend, but please call the RCHS office at 987-8575 in advance. This event is sponsored by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
• Many thanks to all of you who purchased poinsettias from the RCES PTO and the Seventh Grade. We were very pleased by the response on the heels of other fundraising efforts, and are very grateful to you. The bulk of the proceeds from this project will go to the Seventh Grade for their Spring Trip to Williamsburg.
