Essays must be submitted with a consent form signed by the entrant's parent or guardian. Each entry must contain the student's name, a parent or guardian’s name, address and phone number in the upper left-hand comer of the first page and an approximate word count in the upper right hand comer. Each essay must be typed and doublespaced and computer or word processor products must be in font size "14".
