Wesley Braxton Whitmore, 78, of Lanham, Md. died on Sunday, Dec. 2 at his residence.
Mr. Whitmore was born June 8, 1923. He was a Ptersonnel Manager and served in the United States Army during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Jeraldine Whitmore of L&nham, Md. and a sister, Annie Brown of Amissville.
Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, Dec. 8‘at Shiloh Baptist Church ih Landover, Md. by Rev. Be Louis Colleton. Burial was at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, Md. ’ Joynes Funeral Home Inc. in Warrenton was in charge of the arrangements.
