Dr. Garvin shared his knowledge of the animals involving health and care issues. These 4-H members are preparing for the upcoming Culpeper, Madison, Rappahannock Farm Fair in July 2002. The Rappahannock County 4-H Program appreciates Dr. Garvin giving of his time to educate the youth of our community.
