On Friday, March 1 at 8 p.m., the RAAC Library Series welcomes Merry Foresta and Andy Grundberg, well-known curators and writers on photography, who will speak about the relationship between art and nature in recent landscape photographs. Their talk will be illustrated with slides of work by photographers from Ansel Adams to William Wegman.
Foresta, senior curator of photographs at the Smithsonian Institution, organized the landscape exhibition “Between Home and Heaven” for the Smithsonian American Art Museum, as well as more recent exhibitions on the history of American photography.
