Dr. Keith Yoder did his usual comprehensive job of presenting latest disease control techniques, apple scab and the like, and ominously enough — control of fire blight, which can wipe out an orchard in days.
This group, Drs. Byers, Marini, Pfeiffer and Yoder - lend crucial technical support to this industry which is experiencing tough times indeed that could be the best in the world. They are innovators and practical experimenters. Anyhow, it is very satisfying to watch experts of this quality at work.
