DUE TO Default having been made in the terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated November 17, 1995, in the original principal amount of $97,850.00 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Rappahannock, Virginia in Deed Book 215. page 761. the undersigned Substitute Trustees, will sell at public auction for cash on February 28, 2002, at 12:00 p m., in front of the building housing the Rappahannock County Circuit Court, 238 Gay Street, Washington. VA, the property designated as Lot 3A. containing 7.5787 acres, more or less, and being described according to a plat of survey recorded in the aforesaid Clerk's Office in Plat Book 3, page 11.
The property will be sold subject to all prior liens, easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions, if any, of record, or other matters which would be disclosed by an accurate survey or inspection of the premises.
