Serving physically and sensory disabled consumers in Rappahannock. Orange and Madison Counties, the organization assesses the needs of the disabled population, and seeks to help meet those needs

They provide information on research and support for coordinated disability services. They also disseminate' information on training for independent living skills, and provide information referral on assisted technology devices.

The main goal is to raise public awareness of the needs and contributions of people with disabilities. The public is invited to attend.
