An incident in the parking lot of Trinity Church on the night of Feb. 14 resulted in the arrest of a Middleburg man for being drunk in public. Donald L. Beebe, 45, was observed in the packing lot, and Dep. Jeffrey Breeden was dispatched to investigate. Beebe was leaving the parking lot when Dep. Breeden stopped him. Beebe was subsequently charged with DIP.
