Bonnie Brown of the Rappahannock Chapter Future Homemakers of America will be awarded the State Homemakers Degree at the State FHA Convention when it is held at the Hotel Chamberlain, Fort Monroe on June 13.
E.M. Estes, merchant at Sperryville, has been appointed as agent for the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company of Virginia, according to a . recent announcement. Mr. Estes will operate the agency from his general store in Sperryville and succeeds Miss Fannie Hilton, who resigned as of April 30, 1962.
