The RCES School-wide Program last Thursday (repeated on Tuesday, May 7) was a tremendous success. Many people worked countless hours to give our students this wonderful performance opportunity. Special thanks go to Art teacher Harriette Rosenblatt, Music teacher Joy Rollins, Band Director Lynne Fournier, Visiting Drama Coach Miranda Hope, Visiting Artist Davette Kvarnes and classroom teachers.
• DARE Day will be held on Friday, May 31 at RCES. Our goal each year is to provide our students and guests with a safe and enjoyable day. In order to achieve this, we need many volunteers to assist with a variety of jobs. If your child’s teacher does not need you, and you are willing to volunteer in a general way for even one hour, please call Jan Makela, Volunteer Coordinator, at 987-8259.
