Commissioner A1 Henry said that, in the facility’s earlier use as a packing shed, there was a lot of seasonal traffic and that he did not expect that the proposed use would generate nearly as much, and so it wrould not pose a safety problem. He noted that the building had “been there over a hundred years” and “had many adaptive uses." He added that he had some concerns about sewage disposal but, “overall, with restrictions,” he was in favor of the proposed reuse.

Chairman Tbm Junk asked Mr. Yates if he would be willing to upgrade sewer and water facilities and, receiving consent, said that he would support the application with certain restrictions.
