According to Superintendent Doug Morris of the Shenandoah National Park the Park has received $4,657 worth of digital camera equipment from Kodak through the National Park Foundation as part of the Proud Partners of America’s National Parks Program.
The Park’s photographic collections are estimated to contain 15,000 photographs. In an effort to improve management and organization of these collections, an interdivisional team of Park staff created a prototype for a Digital Photographic Library. The grant from Kodak will enhance this ' project and assure additional .quality images.
