A home school “show and tell" will be held the second Tuesday of each month beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 10 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Library.
All home schoolers are invited to come; bring your projects, reports, etc. and join in the showing. For more information call Martha at 636-8315.

World renowned speaker and healer, Ken Page, will visit the community from California to present a “Heart and Soul Healing Demonstration” on Aug. 30 from 7 - 9 p.m. at the Rappahannock Healing Arts Center. The cost is $10.
Mr, Page represents the leading edge of how we process and understand our past and future, our soul purpose on Earth, and how to unlock the potential we have. For a deeper experience, he will offer private sessions and an all day workshop on Aug. 31 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for $89.

Long View Gallery in Sperryville is exhibiting the work of artists, William H. Whiting and Don Black now through Sept. 18.
William H. Whiting paints the lyrical beauty, gentle colors and soft sunlight of the Blue Ridge Mountains with an impressionist's , use of color, light, and space to evoke moods of stillness and serenity.
Don Black’s focus is on abstract formal design, with a sensibility for mood and light, in a style that utilizes the flowing qualities of watercolors and acrylics.
