PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 7, 2002 at 7:00 PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
CONDITIONAL REZONING #02-08-02
Mr. and Mrs. E. Thornton Lam desire to
rezone 27 acres from “^"-Agricultural to
“RR"-Rural Residential, in a conditioned
(proffered) rezoning limiting subdivision
to two (2) parcels. Property is Tax Map 32,
Parcel 14A in Jackson District. Use
allowed under Section 170-134B(1) of
the Rappahannock County Code.

A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zorting Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, September 18, 2002 at 7:30 PM at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Bpard of Supervisors, c/o P.O.
