AND BEING the residue of the property conveyed to J.E. Keyser by deed of exchange from M. E. Keyser and E. M. Eastham and Fannie P. Eastham, his wife, dated June 24, 1920 and recorded in Deed Book 30, Page 93 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia. And it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that the abovenamed Defendant JACOB EDWARD KEYSER, JR. is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known post office address is 101 Ridgewood Circle, Washington, NC 27889' that the above-named Defendant HAMPSON MILLER KEYSER is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and his last known post office address is 105 Seabreeze Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida 33483; that the above-named Defendant KELLY KEYSER is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and her last known post office address is 201 Via A HOS, Mesquite, Texas 75150; that the above-named Defendant EDWARD LYNN MENEFEE is not a resident of the Commonwealth oi Virginia, and his last known post office address is 1584 North Harbor Drive, Saint Leonard, Maryland 20685; and
