The varsity girls’ basketball team dropped to 0-9 on the season as they lost two games on the week. The team lost 60-18 to Central as Rachel Sharp had 8 points for the Panthers.
The team also lost to Page County 105-24. The team has a break this week before they begin Bull Run District play on Sept. 24.
The junior varsity girls’ basketball team split two games losing a three-point decision to Central and avenging an earlier loss to Page County by defeating Page. The JV girls are 3 and 3 in their last six games and 3 and 6 overall.
They also have a break before entering District play on Sept. 24.
The Junior Panther Girls’ ~ dropped two decisions for the week to fall to 0-5 on the season. They lost a close 28-25 decision to North Fork and was handed their fifth loss by Page County. Nicole Brown and Danielle
