I he final 4-3 in Culpeper’s favor was mostly due to fatigue taking it’s toll during the second half. On a coaches note, the second half lineup was altered and perhaps some players did not end up in their strongest position. Live and Learn and wow will we be ready for next week. U-18
The Rapp U-18 team sponsored by Kreyling Construction played Culpeper on Saturday afternoon. Rapp got an early goal from Juan Tisera. Paige Payne made a blistering shot to make it 2-0 Rapp. Culpeper got one back to make it 2-1 at the break. The second half was all Rapp as they were able to tally three unanswered goals to make the final score 5-1 Rapp. The back line turned, anchored by Anna Kreyling and Larry Oliver turned in a sterling performance.
