Six-Year road plan

Virginia Department of Transportation (VDoT) Resident Engineer Bob Moore made his annual Six-Year Secondary Road Plan and Budget presentation to the Board, and received unanimous Board approval for a resolution adopting the plan. Mr. Moore also announced that he has received a promotion to District Maintenance Engineer and will be moving to the Culpeper District Office in January.

The Plan shows expenditures of $722,633 for Fiscal Year 2003-2004, and slightly diminished expenditures for the five out years. Major projects to be undertaken in 2003-2004 include: drainage improvements to Main Street in Sperryville
