Yoga with Lilo

The Rappahannock Free Clinic, a local operation of the Fauquier Free Clinic Inc., is currently open on the first, third and fifth Wednesdays of each month. The clinic will be open Wednesday, Dec. 18 and not again in January. Patient registration is from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock Public Health Department Building. Bereavement workshop set
Hospice of the Rapidan offers free bereavement support groups to anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one, with or without prior Hospice affiliation. A workshop entitled “Coping With Grief: Facing the Holidays When You've Lost Someone You Love” is now forming, designed to help cope with the stressful and emotional situations that can arise during the holidays.
The workshop is scheduled for Monday, Dec. 9 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Hospice of the Rapidan Community Room. Pre-registration is appreciated. Call Craig Wilt, Bereavement Coordinator at Hospice of the Rapidan for more information or to register for the workshop.
