He is survived by his mother, Mary Frances Jenkins Tovar of Culpeper; one sister, Maria A. Tovar of Culpeper; two brothers, Michael Tovar and his wife, Kiz of Pinetop, Ariz. and Steven Mudery of Manassas; one aunt, Elizabeth Jenkins and two special cousins, Joyce and Tommy Browm, all of Sperryville.
He was predeceased by his father. Boles John Mudery’.
Graveside services were held on Monday, Dec. 2 at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Vergil Wilson officiating.
Found and Sons Funeral Chapel in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
