• A letter from Rappahannock Rapidan Community Services Board Executive Director Brian Duncan announced that Rappahannock and Madison County Family Guidance Services will be discontinued "within the next two months" because of State budget cuts, but that services will continue to be available in adjoining counties. Mr. Duncan also wrote that senior nutrition programs would not be affected.
• The Board unanimously approved Erosion and Sediment Ordinance amendments that remove the singlefamily home exemption and require that anyone disturbing land in the County first obtain a land disturbing permit.
