Starring Robert Redford, Morgan Freeman and Jennifer Lopez, “An Unfinished Life,” set in rural Wyoming, is a character study about estranged family members crippled by loss and hardened by guilt and resentment. The Rappahannock Association for the Arts and Community presents “An Unfinished Life” at The Theatre on Gay Street, Washington, VA, Friday, February 17, at 8 p.m.

Einar Gilkyson, played by Redford, is an old-school cowboy defined by the vast countiyside and emotionally decimated by the death of his only son. Living with him on his rundown ranch outside Ishawooa, Wyoming, is his best friend Mitch (Morgan Freeman) a former ranch hand who suffered terrible injuries after being attacked by a bear.
