to the letter by Linda Thomas relating her experience with the new Medicare Part “D” drug benefit program. I work for the Rappahannock/ Rapidan Community Services Board as the Senior Citizen Advocate for Rappahannock and Fauquier counties and have been involved with the Part “D” program since its inception.
