programs available to help seniors get their medications with better savings and much easier access that Part “D” offers. For our low income seniors the Pharmacy Connection Program was in place. Under this program seniors could get their medications for free directly from the pharmaceutical companies. Now no one gets their medications for free and all these drug benefit programs have been shut down as a result of Part “D”.
