Circle of Friends
Our dear mother, grandmother and friend, Kathleen
Ricketts, (mam-maw) wa$ called to be with her Lord and Savior on Jan. 19. She knew she had to go and be with Lee, her grandson, to complete their work in heaven. Once again, our “Circle of Friends” stepped up with the phone calls, visits, flowers, food and comforting hugs. Whatever needed to be taken care of was done in a loving and respectful way.
Truly, there are not enough words to express our thanks for all the love, comfort and respect received from these wonderful friends.
Special thanks to the Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Department for the use of the dining hall where we met after the funeral to express our memories and love for Kathleen.
Thanks to the Oak Springs at Warrenton Nursing Home staff for all they did for our loved one, especially Drs. Lynn and Ruthie.
Special thanks to Brother David Clanagan for his calls, visits and prayers and also to Rev. John Burke.
We would like to also thank the pallbearers; Connie Huff Harris, Angie Hickerson, Betty Walter, Shannon East, Kim Vest, Boe and April Grigsby, Ray and Kathy Pullen and all the others for whatever part they did to help us bear our grief. Certainly, we would be at a loss if it had not been for all of you coming to our rescue once again.
Without you and our Savior, we would not have made it through this ordeal. We love all of you. God bless each and everyone of you.
Love,
Doug and Tammy Ricketts, Cindy, Norman Shaw, Kathy and Ross Patterson, Chuck Ricketts, Dale Burke, Grandchildren and our families.
May God take care of you all.
