Mark Jaster entertained a captive audience at Wakefield Country Day School

Mark Jaster, a nationally known mime, entertained an appreciative audience of over 200 cheering students, teachers, parents and visitors recently at Wakefield Country Day School.
The Washington Post called Jaster a “clown extraordinaire and one of the most graceful performers you will ever see on stage.” Students agreed he lived up to his billing and proclaimed his act “awesome!”
One of Jaster’s trademarks is his ability to engage his audience’s playful interaction with his show. As he looked over his crowd of smiling students for volunteers to join him on stage, hands went up by the dozens. All were greeted with a formal bow and a handshake.
