I was bom and raised in an
old farm house on the old Campbell Farm located in Washington, Virginia, Rappahannock County. The farm has since been divided into 25+ acre tracts. I purchased the mountaintop and built a home in the early 1990s. There was not much of a road then so with the 30’ right of way which gave access to each of the lots, I built a road at my own expens*, through the apple orchards up to the mountaintop utilizing
