March 15: Essay contest
The United Daughters of the Confederacy, Culpeper Chapter #73 cordially invite the Students of Rappahannock County to participate in their annual Essay contest. There is a category for High School, Middle and Elementary age students. Private and Home Schooled students are encouraged to enter as well! If you have an interest in History, a copy of the essay rules can be obtained through the Rappahannock County Public Schools, Wakefield Country Day School, Hearthstone School and the Rappahannock County Public Library.
