They will be considering recommendations to the Town Council on an ordinance to amend various sections of Article 1 and Article 5 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Washington to create a governmental services district and establish development standards, • Immediately following the Planning Commission meeting there will be a joint meeting of the Planning Commission and the ARB to continue the review of the draft historic District Ordinance.
