Brown makes Dean’s List at Shenandoah University

Catherine Brown of Front Royal, a psychology major in the College of Arts and Sciences at Shenandoah University, was named to the fall 2005 Dean’s list and graduated December 17, 2005.

Shenandoah University is a comprehensive Level VI University with an enrollment of approximately 3,300 students in five schools. The university offers more than 80 programs of study at the undergraduate, graduate and professional levels in the College of Arts and Sciences, Harry F. Byrd Jr. School of Business, Shenandoah Conservatory, School of Health Professions, and Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy. The university also offers courses in the School of Continuing Education and the College of Life Long Learning. Riedel makes Dean’s List at Virginia Military Institute

Lexington, VA - January 2006 - The following Virginia Military Institute cadet was among the 444 cadets who were recently named to the Deans’ £ist for the first semester, 200506 academic session. To be eligible for the Dean’s List, a cadet must have a grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and no grade below C.

David J. Riedel Jr.- A junior from Washington, VA is majoring in Civil Engineering. Cadet Riedel’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. David J. Riedel Sr.. • VMI, which has an enrollment of more than 1,300 cadets, is the nation’s oldest state-supported military college. U.S. News and World Report has ranked it as the top public-supported liberal arts college in the nation for the last five years.

Taylor makes Dean’s List at Liberty University

Julie Taylor of Sperryville was named to the Dean’s list at Liberty University for the fall 2005 semester. Taylor was one of 1,840 students at Liberty who earned Dean’s List recognition for the fall.

Students named to the Dean’s List earn a ferade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale and carry an academic load of at least 12 credit hours. Liberty University is a private, Christian liberal arts university in Lynchburg, Virginia.
