The menu indudes eggplant gazpacho, diver scallop, lemon grass cured duck breast, paprika smoked beet and chocolate souffle, each paired carefully with Oasis wines or champagne.
“His presence is a real honor for us,” said Salahi. “He has put together a brilliant menu for us. His cuisine is artwork. He’s absolutely one of the top chefs in the country.”
The wineiy will unveil the Oasis “O” Grand Reserve Rose Cuvee, and visitors will have an opportunity to sample both modem creations and vintage classics of Oasis. Salahi said the vineyard will offer 8,000 bottles of the 1988 cuvee at $300 each.
Yesterday Swing Orchestra will perform live under the stars, offering music with a Glenn Miller vibe, said Salahi.
