Bagley easement
The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a measure Monday to co-hold a conservation easement with the Piedmont Environmental Council.
The 55-acre property owned by John and Delma Bagley is located between two other easement-protected properties in the F.T. Valley. The land also fronts a 1.5-mile section of the Hazel River.
The supervisors approved the concept at their November meeting, but the final go-ahead was*subject to a review by Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke.
