one is survived by Her Husband of 47 years, William “Bill” F. Hargrove whom she married on July 9,1960, of the home two sons, John F. Hargrove of Baltimore, Maryland and Joe F. (Tina Lavy) Hargrove of Zanesville.
Additional survivors include three grandchildren a sistei;Maiy (Ronald) Graham of Hiliard. A brother, Commander Fulton Joseph (Susan) Smedley USN retired of Arcadia, FI., as well as many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Hargrove’s paternal ancestors were natives of Rappahannock County. Her father, grandfather and great-grandfather resided in the Gid Brown Hollow section. Her relatives operated the small general store for whom the name is derived.
