A PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSING TO AMEND CHAPTER 170, ZONING, OF THE RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE RELATING TO PUBLIC HEARINGS The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County. Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 7, 2008, at 7:00PM at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, to consider the following amendment to Chapter 170 of the Rappahannock County Code: Amend §170-133 to read as follows (underlined sections represent new language while items stricken through represent deletions): §170-133. Public hearings. A Conduct of public hearings. All public hearings as required by this chapter dal be conducted in accordance with the following provisions: (1) No public hearing shall be held unless the required notice has been given hi accordance with the provisions of Subsection B below.
