The Living Nativity will be performed in the small red shed at the farm of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Skowronski, Library Lane, just east of the library on U.S. 211. You can’t miss it! And you shouldn’t miss it! Whether you are a playing a character in the nativity scene or stopping by to view it, you will be blessed!
The children and several young-at-heart adults of Willis Chapel UMC will offer the morning message on Sunday Dec. 16 at 10 a.m. in a play called If We Do It, It Will Work. Admission is one can of food that will be distributed to needy families in the community. Following the worship service everyone will gather for a covered dish meal. Everyone is welcome to come to Huntly Sunday morning for a real Christmas treat!
Lt. Col. and Mrs. Douglas Nichols of Cheyenne, Wyoming, along with children Samuel, Isaac, Caleb and Sarah, spent Thanksgiving week with Douglas’ mother, Charlotte Nichols, of Flint HilL Sunday guests were: Me and Mrs. Andy Nichols ofFrederick, MD; Mr. And Mrs. Guy Marangoni and son of Stafford; Mr. & Mrs. Rufus Baines of Orange; and Mr. Lee Baines and sons of Orange. It is great to have a house full of family and friends any time of the year!
