PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSING TO AMEND THE RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE CHAPTER 170, ZONING, RELATING TO TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITY EXEMPTIONS FROM REGULATION The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing on Monday, January 7, 2008, at 7:00PM at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, to consider the following amendment to the Zoning Chapter of the Rappahannock County Code: Amend Chapter 170 “Zoning" of the Rappahannock County Code, as follows: Amend §170-12 Exemptions, by adding a new section B. to reed as fofiowa, and re teteerinfl the existing section B. as “C.": B. Exempted from the provisions of this chapter is any and aM equipment for the transmission and reception of wireless broadband internet hosed communication services, when such ' " equipment is installed on property owned by a subscriber to such services, and when such equipment is mounted on existing structures or on single wooden utility poles which project no more then eighty (80) feet above existing grade.
