CASE MANAGER/MR #334 Exempt position available under the supervision of the Senior Case Manager. Provide case management services for MR consumers and tbeir families. Will provide intensive supports to a small caseload of individuals placed in both 24 hour and supported residential programs. Duties include providing assessment, advocacy, case management, consultation and training for consumers and their families in outpatient, inpatient, emergency and day program settings.
